VINTAGE JEWELRY

Yes I like to poke around in Antique Stores, Attics, Basements, Back Rooms, etc :)

Some of the items here are from well-known jewelry makers and are "as is" pieces: i.e.: not made by me. I found them by digging through Antique Malls, etc and am offering them here.

Other items are made by me from beads taken from old jewelry that was broken or unusable as a whole but that had lovely old beads that were salvageable. Some of these beads have dings or scratches - they are, after all, antiques - but they're very lovely and make wonderful, unique pieces of jewelry.

So lets talk a walk through the past and see what we can find!

STUNNING MARVELLA GLASS PEARL NECKLACE

There is no way to describe this necklace except to say it is beautiful and in absolutely perfect condition. If you love pearls (and who doesn't!?) you'll treasure this find.

You can wear them with anything!

The necklace is 18 inches in length. The pearls are 10mm and the golden seperators have a great sheen.

I love this necklace!

LEMONS AND LIMES VINTAGE NECKLACE

This is a beautiful double strand necklace with lucite/plastic beads made in the style of the 1950's. This is an unsigned necklace.

As you can see from the pictures above the beads are carved and have different textures and adjusts from 15 inches to 19 inches.

Its a very striking piece.

FISHBONES VINTAGE NECKLACE

This is a most unusual Necklace. The chain looks like the bones of a fish! The necklace can be hooked in the front with the fish in the center, on the side with the fish to the side, or in the back with the fish in the back!

The fish are flexible, you can see every scale and their eyes are red with golden centers.

Beautiful and very chic.

This necklace is unsigned. I found it at an Antique Dealer but they were unable to verify the year.

The necklace adjusts from 29 1/2 inches to 31 inches long.

CLASSIC MONET VINTAGE FLAPPER NECKLACE

This is a lovely necklace. A classic Monet, with tag, it is actually two necklaces in one. There are two clasps and the necklace can be taken apart and used seperately, it can be wrapped to make it much shorter, or worn without wrapping and will hang quite long.

A full 60 inches in length, this type of necklace has had many names: Disco Necklace, Rope Necklace, Flapper Necklace, Opera Necklace are all descriptions of this type of necklace.

Ultimately versatile, this will fit any style and any mood!
